SENSiQ™ Mounts
Appropriate for each application
Designed for perfect load input into Schenck Process load cells optimised with regard to measurement. The mounts are used on all kinds of industrial scales.

SENSiQ™ Secure Mount – SSM
Maintenance-free complete solution with integrated hold-down and pendulum limit for various applications such as hopper, container or mixer scales. Withstands horizontal and lift-up forces of up to 20% of nominal load. Suitable for RTN, RTR/RTD and RTB. Also available in strengthened version as SENSiQ™ Secure Mount – PLUS with 40% force resistance.

SENSiQ™ Elastomer Mount – SEM
Universal load cell mounts for various industrial scales. For perfect force flow and good restoring force. Suitable for RTN, RTR/RTD, RTB and VBB.

SENSiQ™ Pendulum Mount – SPM
Especially for difficult environments and providing highest accuracy as an alternative to the SEM. It will guarantee a horizontal restoring force and perfect measuring results. Suitable for RTN and RTR/RTD.

SENSiQ™ Fixed Mount – SFM
This mount replaces one or two numbers of load cells in an arrangement for simple weighing tasks, e.g. hopper level measurement. Particularly for Applications with a defined centre of gravitiy, e. g. hoppers with liquid contents. Withstands horizontal and lift-up forces of up to 20% of nominal load. Also available in strengthened version as SENSiQ™ Secure Mount – PLUS with 40% force resistance.
